I haven't been on Blogger or on the Net lately because the weather right now is PERFECT for spending a day at the beach. Honestly it's amazing to swim in the clear blue sea, walk on white sandy shores and not have to worry about being around naked people -- that is, if you know where to go ;-)
My friends and I have done some exploring and we found a place that is secluded but beach-worthy. The trend here is that a group of expats find a place that DOESN'T cost 160AED for one person per day ahem Hilton Beach Hotel on the Corniche!! and then they tell their friends... who tell their friends... and then the secret is no more. Unfortunately I think the first option of my getaway spot has become public knowledge, due to the fact that I saw a French couple the last time a friend and I went.
Time for Plan B!!

I was in Dubai for about three months this summer and not once did I get to go to the beach! I hate that lol. I hope you had fun this time and get the chance to go a lot more. Btw, I'm a new follower, and I really like your blog! I look forward to more posts! :)

Why don't you head off to the Ladies beach in Abudhabi or Al Raha beach?These are exclusively for ladies and are soooo much fun to hang around.I miss all that about AD :(
